C-TPAT/FAST/PIP PROGRAMS
We have assisted many Carriers, Importers and Manufacturers in Quebec, Ontario, British-Colombia, Nova Scotia and the U.S.A in their endeavour to become:
C-TPAT (Custom - Trade Partnership against Terrorism) is a joint initiative between companies and CBP to strengthen border security and to ensure cargo integrity.
PIP (Partners in Protection) Program is the Canadian equivalent of the C-TPAT and is based on similar security requirements and application processes.
FAST (Free and Secure Trade)Participant Carriers are eligible for expedited processing at border crossing.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
The majority of companies that we have assisted had already adequate security devices and controls in place. CBP and CBSA clearly specify that security measures must be evaluated and implemented
based upon risk and we keep this in mind along the process.

Although it is a voluntary program, more and more companies are C-TPAT certified and they require their Partners to adhere to the Program in order to carry on their business partnership.
